Employer Branding Manager

Minsk, Belarus

We are looking for an Employer Branding Manager to search for creative ways of attracting top talents to the company, maintain and continuously improve the corporate reputation in the job market by applying the best HR and marketing practices.

General requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience as an Employer Branding Manager in IT
  • Fluent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
  • The ability to write interesting and engaging content in Russian
  • Good command of brand and project positioning and promotion tools
  • Effective communication skills, the ability to build relationships with different organizations
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Understanding of the process of creating different types of content: articles, case studies, social media posts, video scripts, etc.
  • Multitasking skills
  • Initiative and creativity

Would be a plus:

  • Media work experience
  • Work experience in IT companies
  • A portfolio of successful HR brand promotion cases

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement the corporate HR brand strategy
  • Manage the reputation and image of the company
  • Plan and conduct external and internal communications of the company’s HR brand taking into account the particularities of different target audiences
  • Plan and implement HR brand-related PR and advertising campaigns
  • Develop the content plan for the corporate social networks, create and publish content
  • Analyze the relevance of content in social networks: videos, statistics, posts, articles, publications about job openings
  • Analyze corporate social media statistics
  • Interact with content production group — create ideas for social media posts, build and maintain a unified, recognizable style of the company’s brand on all platforms, contribute to the production of videos
  • Organize offline and online events and conferences aimed at attracting new talents and creating a positive image of the company
  • Promote job openings to make the recruiting process more effective
  • Conduct market and competitors research for additional opportunities to promote the employer brand
  • Organize events and programs to increase candidate and employee loyalty to the company
