DietManager: Personalized Diet Plans Generation System
Many people know good nutrition helps maintain a healthy weight. But in fact, the benefits of eating healthy go beyond staying fit. Good nutrition can help strengthen the immune system, easily cope with ongoing illnesses, and reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke osteoporosis, and some cancers.
Challenge
It’s quite difficult to choose a diet that fits your needs and to strictly follow it, especially considering the huge variety of diets and nutrition programs available on the internet. One should understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all option. A diet plan should be created based on a person’s health and goals.
And the best source of information about the state of internal organs and systems is a biochemical blood test. It allows you to determine the body's need for micro- and macro-nutrients, vitamins, hormones, and enzymes and detect metabopc abnormapties.
Solution
That’s how it works: patients upload their biochemical blood test results to a mobile app, click ‘analyze’, and receive personalized diet plans and nutrition tips suitable for their medical condition and health.
DietManager consists of two components: a web-based application for medical professionals and administrators and a mobile application for patients.
