Web-Based Hiring Application
Technology has changed the face of every industry. And recruitment is no exception. The traditional hiring methods have long been replaced by various programs and online recruitment platforms. They allow recruiters to automate routine tasks, reduce administrative work, reach a wider range of potential employees, find better-suited candidates with minimal effort, and much more.
Our Customer, an international legal recruitment agency, needed to upgrade the existing hiring application with new features to streamline the traditional recruitment process and meet the needs of digitally-savvy clients.

The upgraded recruitment app provides the following features:
- Two-factor authentication — verifies the user's identity by sending a verification code to their mobile phone every time a user logs in to the app;
- Employer & employee info — provides info about employers' financial position and offices location, employee's education and work experience, and more to help recruiters find perfect candidates for open positions;
- communication preferences — charts showing candidates' preferences for the time and type of interview;
- Employer database — the app automatically updates the Am Law 200 list in the app database;
- App database search engine — faster and more accurate search for information in the app database;
- Intuitive user interface — redesigned UI layout with friendly modal windows and autocomplete;
- Responsive user interface — the content of the web-based app is adjustable to a mobile app for candidates.
In addition to implementing the new features described above, Softarex has updated the functionality of the existing hiring app. We have transformed the registration process by reducing extensive fields, rearranging the steps, and introducing a new verification algorithm. Our engineers have also fixed defects and bugs in the old app version.
