Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Website conversion rate optimization & SEO:
  Develop and execute performance-based SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, incorporating the latest AI and SEO methodologies
• Lead Generation:
  Create and manage outbound campaigns tailored to ICPs
• Content Strategy & Creation:
  Produce and edit high-quality content like case studies, blog posts on software development, and social media posts

Requirements:

• English level C1
• Experience in SEO, lead generation and social media management, with a proven track record in driving organic growth and engagement
• Strong analytical skills, ability to structure and communicate information clearly to colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with marketing tools: Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, RankMath
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques: Phantombuster, Instantly, Make.com
