It has allowed our Client to handle a wide range of restaurant daily operations — from queue monitoring and table booking to online ordering and customer service from one place.

  • Online ordering — multiple online ordering options for take-out, in-house, and hot spot delivery using voice answering machine, SMS, Amazon Alexa, and Facebook Messenger chatbots;
  • Reservations management — provides a single place to process and manage all orders. It also allows restaurants to capture website visitors 24/7 to not miss out on new customers;
  • Table management — helps restaurant staff to seat guests according to their reservations quickly thanks to automatic rotation functions;
  • Wait line management — enables guests to get in line and track wait times on a restaurant’s website or social media using their personal devices. Using this feature, restaurant managers can also monitor and analyze guest behavior to quickly react to any sudden changes;
