My main responsibility as a Delivery Manager is to make sure that a product is delivered on time and within budget. To achieve that, I seek to create an encouraging environment for the team, where everyone can improve their skills, feel appreciated and, thus, produce greater value.

The use of Agile tools and techniques helps me organize the teamwork more effectively and transparently. Throughout my career, I have also been actively architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions — mostly web and desktop applications — for the Healthcare, Manufacturing & Energy industries that help companies and organizations ‌streamline day-to-day business operations.

I’ve been with Softarex since the start of my career and now work as a Java Lead Software Engineer. My job involves developing a large-scale web application in the eLearning field, integrated with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

The solution allows for planning and managing virtual classes. This includes everything from seats and labs to virtual machines. It also gives students secure browser-based access to their environments during scheduled sessions.

I’ve designed and implemented important parts for user image management, event configuration, complex network setup support, and access control mechanisms. Besides leading the team, I focus on design, scalability, and mentoring engineers to uphold high technical standards.

I began my professional journey with projects across the commercial and media sectors, contributing to the development of CRM solutions. This experience, combined with my BA in IT, gave me a strong foundation in user-centric design, data quality, integrations, and process automation. These skills proved essential for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. This experience also fostered a product mindset focused on stakeholder alignment, scalability, and measurable outcomes. These capabilities have translated seamlessly into my career in healthcare. I currently serve as a delivery manager and lead the Medical Billing project.

In this role, I oversee team dynamics, facilitate communication with stakeholders, lead Scrum ceremonies, plan tasks, supervise backend development, contribute to architectural design, manage releases, and ensure the successful product delivery. Under my leadership, the Medical Billing project has grown substantially, serving over 200 pharmacy chains and more than 10,000 daily active users, including the largest chain with 68 pharmacies. With seven years of hands-on experience, I mentor backend developers, emphasizing effective customer interaction and fostering a collaborative team environment.

With extensive experience in web development, I’ve established myself as a versatile technical expert capable of handling all aspects of the development lifecycle. My career has been marked by successful implementations of scalable and fault-tolerant systems.

In my current role, I focus on front-end development while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of full-stack architecture. My responsibilities include system architecture design, code review, and technical mentorship. I consistently leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust solutions, ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing and debugging processes.

My career at Softarex started nearly eight years ago, and I am now a Lead Software Engineer. I have worked on developing a smart Production Control System for a restaurant chain, an AI-based computer vision and automation platform, a Store Occupancy Tracking system, and an app for analyzing player activity on the field.

As a skilled IT specialist with extensive knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, I have a strong background in model design, mathematical optimization, and developing complete ML/DL solutions. My experience includes building computer vision solutions for monitoring food production lines, recognizing license plates and faces, analyzing receipts, and creating intelligent automation tools like dietary recommendation and production control systems.

My main tasks involve leading teams, planning and designing software structure, coding, preparing technical documents, testing, and deploying solutions. I focus on continuous growth and always aim to include the latest technologies and best practices in every project I manage.
