My main responsibility as a Delivery Manager is to make sure that a product is delivered on time and within budget. To achieve that, I seek to create an encouraging environment for the team, where everyone can improve their skills, feel appreciated and, thus, produce greater value.

The use of Agile tools and techniques helps me organize the teamwork more effectively and transparently. Throughout my career, I have also been actively architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions — mostly web and desktop applications — for the Healthcare, Manufacturing & Energy industries that help companies and organizations ‌streamline day-to-day business operations.

I’ve been with Softarex since the very beginning of my career. Today, I occupy the position of Java Lead Software Engineer. Apart from my core responsibilities — software development and the team management — my job also entails the development of project technical documentation and system analysis. I am passionate about learning new technologies and strive to apply my knowledge to projects.

I also do my best to add additional value to the company by sharing my experience with younger Software Engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.

I currently hold the position of Lead Frontend Software Engineer at Softarex. In my professional career, I have gained hands-on experience with various technologies and frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular, React, React Native, and Vue.

I understand the importance of a well-thought-out user interface, especially in something as people-centered as Healthcare. Therefore, I always follow the keep-the-user-in-mind UI design strategy.

My professional journey began with projects in the sales and media industries, where I contributed to the development of CRM solutions. This invaluable experience, combined with a BA in IT, laid the foundation for my future career path, the majority of which I dedicated to the healthcare domain. Currently, I hold the position of Delivery Manager and lead the BeWell project.

In this capacity, I manage team dynamics, handle customer communication, lead scrum ceremonies, plan tasks, oversee backend development, contribute to architecture design, manage releases, and ensure successful product delivery. Initiated under my leadership, the BeWell project has witnessed substantial growth, serving over 200 pharmacy chains with more than 10,000 daily active users, including the largest chain with 68 pharmacies. With 7 years of hands-on experience, I actively mentor backend developers, emphasizing effective customer interaction and fostering a collaborative team environment.

My career began almost 6 years ago at Softarex, and I currently hold the role of Senior Software Engineer. Over this time, I’ve contributed to significant projects such as FieldHockey, Chick-fil-A, LunarEye, and Store Occupancy Tracking.

My primary responsibilities encompass team management, planning, software architecture design, coding, technical documentation creation, system testing, and project deployment. I am committed to continuous learning, consistently integrating modern technologies and approaches into the projects I undertake.

started my journey at Softarex over 4 years ago as an intern on the FieldHockey project. Progressing, I joined the CFA project and later its branch, RCPU. In this role, I focused on creating computer vision systems, exploring machine learning, and handling various tasks related to video analytics, earning the title of a versatile specialist. Currently, my main tasks involve quickly generating solution ideas and putting them into action.

Last year, I tried teaching and now lead C++ courses. I’m proud to mention that five Softarex employees began with me as their mentor.

I’m a seasoned Java Lead Software Engineer with almost 6 years in the industry. My portfolio spans diverse industries such as Finance, Healthcare, and e-Learning. Currently, I’m working on a project in the E-commerce domain.

My responsibilities cover team management, development planning, system architecture, and documentation. Additionally, I enjoy mentoring novice developers, contributing to their growth and project success.

In over 13 years of my professional career, I have evolved into a visionary technology leader, overseeing engineering teams and large-scale projects across industries such as Manufacturing & Energy, Restaurant & Hospitality, Aviation, and IT. I have hands-on experience with Mobile technology, Computer vision, Machine learning, Predictive modeling, Cloud computing, and SaaS.

As VP Engineering, I’m focused on driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering robust, scalable systems. A standout achievement in my career was leading the development of a cutting-edge Computer vision-based kitchen management platform for a large restaurant chain, which I consider a defining milestone in my professional journey.
