Softarex is looking for an experienced Kotlin/Java Server-Side Software Engineer to join our team.
General requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Server-Side Software Engineer in commercial development
- Kotlin/Java Core: design patterns, concurrency
- Extensive knowledge of designing RESTful API
- Experience in service architecture: microservices, event bus, queues
- Extensive experience with SQL and No-SQL databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
- Experience with AWS services: SQS, Lambda, S3
- Strong communication and other soft skills
Bonus points:
- Knowledge of message brokers: Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Experience with Spring Framework
- Knowledge of AWS services: Step Functions/Simple Workflow, API Gateway, DynamoDB
- Knowledge of state machines and Saga pattern
- Experience in integrating email, SMS, payment services, Sentry/DataDog
