We are looking for an experienced Robotics Lead Engineer to manage our robotics team.
General requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
- At least 4 years of engineering experience in mechatronics-related projects like engineering robots and industrial machines of different kinds
- Strong expertise in control, mechanical, electrical, or embedded engineering
- Knowledge of ISO design standards
- Experience in preparing products for production launch and working with subcontractors for laser cutting, milling, and turning
- At least 2 years of experience managing mixed field teams of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems engineers
- Hands-on experience with Jira management workflows
- Solid understanding of the management of hardware project lifecycle
- Experience with the design and manufacturing of robotics solutions
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level (B2)
Bonus points:
- Hands-on experience with motor control applications
- Hands-on experience in developing complex mechatronic projects from scratch
- Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 for 3D modeling
- Basic understanding of electronic design processes
- Basic understanding of Robot Operating Systems (ROS|ROS2)
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of Polish
