Robotics Lead Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Lead Engineer to manage our robotics team.

General requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,  Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
  • At least 4 years of engineering experience in mechatronics-related projects like engineering robots and industrial machines of different kinds
  • Strong expertise in control, mechanical, electrical, or embedded engineering
  • Knowledge of ISO design standards
  • Experience in preparing products for production launch and working with subcontractors for laser cutting, milling, and turning
  • At least 2 years of experience managing mixed field teams of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems engineers
  • Hands-on experience with Jira management workflows
  • Solid understanding of the management of hardware project lifecycle
  • Experience with the design and manufacturing of robotics solutions
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level (B2)

Bonus points:

  • Hands-on experience with motor control applications
  • Hands-on experience in developing complex mechatronic projects from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 for 3D modeling
  • Basic understanding of electronic design processes
  • Basic understanding of Robot Operating Systems (ROS|ROS2)
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of Polish


As a Robotics Lead Engineer, you will be managing and reviewing a small team of mechanical and embedded systems engineers working on robotics-based automation projects for the food industry.

Here are your key duties:

  • Project planning and assigning responsibilities to team members
  • Analyzing internal designs
  • Supervising the manufacturing and assembly of parts
  • Collaborating with the programming team and higher management of the company
