Sales Manager

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Business Development department team.

Our ideal candidate has sales experience in Healthcare, Data Science, AI, and Fintech industries.

General requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Experience with full-cycle sales: from first engagement to a closed deal
  • Fluency and confidence in speaking English (Advanced level)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to aptly make up a technical understanding of our products, peculiarities of their use by businesses, and decision-making logic of our leads and customers
  • Data-driven operational mindset
  • Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented self-starter
  • Proactive position, attention to detail, diligence

Bonus points:

  • Experience in selling IT services (B2B, B2C)


  • Driving business development and lead generation via targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Client database accumulation
  • Developing strategies to increase sales using digital tools
  • Establishing initial contact with potential clients
  • Identifying and developing new business contacts through networking and follow-up calls/emails
  • Accumulating requests for further processing by Sales Specialists
  • Filling and updating data in a CRM system
  • Support in preparation for sales events and roadshows
  • Defining general strategies for the development of sales and marketing departments
